• In-office role at Starbase, TX clinic
• Collaborate with care team to deliver data-driven, personalized care
• Clinic hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm CST, with plans to 8pm CST

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in chronic and primary care for all ages
• Comfort with basic procedural skills
• Active board certification in Family Medicine; comfortable seeing Pediatrics
• Active Texas license or ability to obtain by start date
• Strong communication; translate complex ideas clearly
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
