📋 Description

• Perform routine and non-routine biochemical characterization analyses of monoclonal antibodies to
• Emphasize primary structure studies using LC and LC/MS-based analytical methods.
• Assist with sample preparation, data collection, analysis, and reporting per departmental
• Maintain documentation of assay development, qualification, and data analysis activities.
• Ensure organized recordkeeping and basic instrument upkeep to support reliable lab execution.
• Work in a biosafety level 1, 2, or 2+ environment with appropriate PPE and safety practices.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Biochemistry or related field.
• Basic understanding of amino acid chemistry and protein structure.
• Knowledge of LC and LC/MS analytical methods.
• Ability to perform minimal instrument maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and good written/verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain laboratory notebooks in a GXP-compliant manner and write technical memos.
