📋 Description

• Lead workshops to map AI opportunities in procurement and ROI with Coupa Agents.
• Define deployment strategy for agents; decide autonomous vs human-in-the-loop processes.
• Design future-state operating model and KPIs aligned with board goals.
• Conduct AI readiness maturity audits across culture, data, and process.
• Identify policy/workforce blockers early and partner to remove them.
• Advise on workforce shifts; propose AI Centers of Excellence and retraining.

🎯 Requirements

• Agentic AI expertise: deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents.
• Procurement/Finance domain fluency; map legacy pain points to Agentic solutions.
• Executive presence to secure C-suite buy-in and map vision to S2P workflows.
• 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise digital transformation.
• Coupa experience a plus; value agent-first thinking over platform familiarity.
• Tier-1 consulting or large-scale digital transformation experience.
