Principal AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, evolve, and scale the CS AI platform for multiple AI products
• Build foundational AI infra: orchestration, context engines, memory, workflows
• Optimize capabilities: routing, latency, cost, reliability, observability, security
• Lead architecture standards; mentor AI engineers; reusable frameworks
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Security, Data, and CS teams to guide AI strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering; 4+ years building production AI systems
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Strong understanding of AI agents, LLM orchestration, RAG, planning
• Experience designing reusable platforms across multiple products or teams
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and systems thinking
• Ability to influence technical direction in complex environments
