📋 Description

• Set the AI Technical Direction for HotDocs, architect AI capabilities, model management, LLM
• Deliver Enterprise AI Features by shipping production-grade AI-powered features in .NET Core and
• Drive AI Adoption in the SDLC, defining safe usage patterns and measuring impact on delivery.
• Build Trustworthy AI with evaluation harnesses, guardrails, observability, and governance for
• Bring Deep Technical Expertise to modernize legacy code and improve scalability/reliability.
• Lead and Mentor engineers, reviews, and guidance to raise AI capabilities across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software development with principal/lead/staff-level experience.
• Strong skills in .NET Core (C#) and React (TypeScript) or similar SPA frameworks; hands-on
• Proven experience designing and shipping production AI solutions (LLM integration, prompt
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms and services (Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry or equivalent)
• Experience building REST APIs, and proficiency with Entity Framework and Azure SQL (or SQL Server).
• Experience evaluating AI quality with test sets, benchmarking, human review loops, and handling
