📋 Description

• Design agent architectures for boundaries, orchestration, and control flow.
• Build and operate production agentic systems end to end.
• Extend orchestration frameworks, including observability and recovery.
• Improve automated development and QA agents in production workflows.
• Create machine-readable context artifacts for products and processes.
• Design retrieval and context-assembly strategies with versioned prompts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/CE/Software Eng or equivalent.
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering exp.
• 3+ years building AI-native or agentic systems in production.
• End-to-end ownership of systems and outages handling.
• Experience integrating AI with CRM/ERP/databases and internal tools.
• Strong auth, permissions, and control principles for autonomous systems.
