Principal AI-Native Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own major product initiatives end to end from requirements to production software and improvements
• Partner with Product and Design to clarify requirements and risks
• Operate as an AI-native engineer using Claude Code for orchestration across agents
• Decompose workstreams for safe AI execution with human oversight
• Develop reusable AI-assisted engineering workflows and verification processes
• Automate substantial parts of the product lifecycle including deployment and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development
• Proven ability to deliver complex production software independently
• Expert-level Claude Code experience mandatory
• Coordinating multiple AI agents and development sessions
• Strong TS/Node.js experience and both dynamic and typed ecosystems
• Hands-on with MongoDB and relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
