📋 Description

• Build cloud-based AI/ML solutions powering enterprise services
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and QA to deliver software
• Own code from design to delivery with product owners
• Coach engineers and drive team growth
• Hands-on with prototyping to demonstrate value
• Communicate with technical and executive audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years building large-scale production systems
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL
• AI Native development experience with Claude Code
• Experience with vector-based retrieval, knowledge graphs, data catalogs
• Excellent communication and coaching of engineers
• BI/Analytics platforms and NLQ experience
