Principal AI-Native Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Role focuses on AI-native software development using Claude Code to drive production-ready software
• Back-end emphasis with TypeScript services, MongoDB, relational data, and cloud infra (AWS, GCP)
• Work with Product and Design, own multiple workstreams, and manage end-to-end product delivery
• Operate multiple Claude Code sessions in parallel, orchestrate agents, and maintain quality and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in staff/principal level engineering roles
• Proven track record delivering complex production software with Product/Design teams
• Expert-level Claude Code experience (mandatory)
• Experience coordinating multiple AI agents or sessions
• Production TypeScript/Node.js, relational DB (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and MongoDB
• Cloud deployment in distributed environments (AWS, GCP)
