• Proven track record building real-world automation systems end-to-end
• Hands-on expertise building automation systems (APIs, LLMs, orchestration); Python/TypeScript
• Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows or orchestration systems
• Track record of scaling solutions across teams or organisations
• Ability to operate independently and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate problems into practical solutions
