Role: Principal Analytics Business Partner - Customer Success (Remote)
Partner with Customer Success leadership to define priorities and translate needs into scalable
Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and BI teams to support Customer Success data needs.
Help shape analytics strategy and governance to drive measurable business value.
Drive adoption of analytics with cross-functional teams to enable scalable growth.
Leverage AI capabilities to enhance decision-making and automate analytics where possible.

15+ years of experience in analytics business partner or consultant roles translating business
Strong executive communication and ability to influence Directors/VPs.
Expertise with SQL and modern analytics/visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or
Experience leading complex analytics initiatives from problem to implementation with measurable
Ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable plans; customer-obsessed mindset.
Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with Customer Success and other stakeholders.
