Principal Architect - AI Product Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams in end-to-end AI system delivery
• Define reference architectures and delivery standards for enterprise AI
• Provide senior architectural oversight across distributed AI programs
• Integrate generative AI, intelligent/agentic systems, and MCP into production
• Champion performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and MLOps/LLMOps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or related field
• 12+ years in software engineering; 5+ years in architecture leadership
• Proven cloud-native AI delivery experience at enterprise scale
• Azure AI / Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and ML/data pipelines expertise
• Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
