Design, build, and maintain backend services across 20+ countries.
Write clean, production-grade code in Go, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript.
Build/consume REST and GraphQL APIs; use gRPC and queues for inter-service comms.
Design/optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis schemas for scale.
Own backend features end-to-end from design to deployment and monitoring.
Implement security: auth, authorization, input validation, data protection.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years backend engineering in production systems.
English fluency for global teams.
Spanish or Portuguese fluency for LATAM.
Proficient in Go, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript.
REST, microservices, and event-driven backend design.
Cloud/containers/CI–CD: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
