Principal Compliance Associate

📋 Description

• Own and deliver BAU compliance for IE-regulated entities (CASP/EMI)
• Maintain and enhance IE compliance framework: policies, procedures, governance, calendar
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering and Markets to structure launches with controls
• Lead risk-based assurance monitoring and testing; document findings and remediation
• Support regulatory engagement: information requests, audits, periodic reporting
• Review customer communications for compliance risk and conduct

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years second-line Compliance in regulated bank, crypto exchange or payments firm
• Ability to analyse risk and apply sound judgement quickly
• Experience in crypto-asset services or strong regulatory understanding
• Strong knowledge of MiCAR, PSD2 and CPC
• Strong written and communication skills; translate regulatory expectations into practical controls
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple workstreams cross-functionally
