• Lead complex Salesforce architecture initiatives for manufacturing, distribution & automotive
• Oversee solution design, implementation guidance, and customer success across enterprise projects.
• Mentor technical and functional teams with effective leadership and communication.
• Develop architecture frameworks, docs, and implementation roadmaps for Salesforce adoption.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders and delivery partners to drive digital transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise consulting; CRM/ERP experience
• 2+ years architect experience in mid-sized orgs
• 2+ years external CRM consulting; Salesforce or similar CRM
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge: integrations, SSO, MDM, scalable design
• Salesforce implementations with multiple certifications (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud
• Familiar with Agile/Waterfall and enterprise transformation projects
