📋 Description

• Lead Architect for ServiceNow architecture and roadmaps
• Drive international IT and enterprise service transformation
• Act as trusted advisor to clients; workshop facilitation to C-level
• Ensure delivery quality via architecture principles and QA
• Support solution design, demos and RFP responses
• Mentor senior/junior consultants and share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services; 5+ focused on ServiceNow
• Experience leading large, modular ServiceNow implementations
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge; architecture, data models, integrations
• ServiceNow certifications: CSM/ITSM, ITOM; SC-admin
• Strong JS, Glide API; REST/SOAP; complex integrations
• Process modeling, agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
