Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect and strategic advisor translating business strategies into scalable ServiceNow
• Guide international clients through IT and Enterprise Service processes transformation.
• Act as trusted advisor; moderate workshops and communicate up to C‑Level.
• Ensure architectural quality, best practices, and sustainable delivery.
• Support pre‑sales with solution design, technical demos, and RFP inputs.
• Lead and mentor consultants; develop standards and reusable assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting or IT services; 5+ years focused on ServiceNow.
• Extensive Enterprise ServiceNow experience with large, multi‑modular implementations.
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge: architecture, data modeling, integrations.
• ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow CSA and at least one CIS (ITSM/ITOM).
• Technical: JavaScript, Glide API; REST/SOAP integrations; process modeling; agile methods.
• Strong German and English communication; ability to convey technical/strategic concepts.
