Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect and strategic advisor for scalable ServiceNow Zielarchitekturen, roadmaps and
• Steer international IT and enterprise service processes transformations
• Act as trusted advisor; present workshops to requirements, processes, gaps, architectures
• Ensure delivery quality via architecture principles, QA and best practices
• Support pre-sales with solution design, technical demos and RFP contributions
• Lead and mentor senior/junior consultants; develop standards and reusable assets

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow
• Proven Enterprise ServiceNow delivery of large, complex multi-modular implementations
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem expertise: platform architecture, design, data modeling, integrations
• ServiceNow certifications: CSS Administrators and at least one CIS cert (ITSM/ITOM)
• Strong JS, Glide API and web services (REST/SOAP) skills
• Process modeling/optimization; agile methods (Scrum/Kanban); strong Deutsch/Englisch
