Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect and advisor for scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Drive international IT and Enterprise Service processes transformation
• Moderate workshops and communicate with C-Level stakeholders
• Ensure quality through architecture principles and QA practices
• Support pre-sales with solution design and demos
• Mentor senior/junior consultants and share reusable assets

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services, 5+ focused on ServiceNow
• Experience leading large multi-modular ServiceNow implementations
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge: architecture, design, data modeling, integrations
• ServiceNow certifications: SN CIS Admin + at least one CIS (e.g., CIS-ITSM/ITOM)
• JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP, complex integrations
• Process modeling, agile methods (Scrum/Kanban); German and English fluent
