📋 Description

• Lead Architect; translating business strategies into ServiceNow architectures
• Drive international IT/enterprise service process transformations
• Advising and communicating with C-Level stakeholders
• Ensure quality and best practices in complex projects
• Support solution design, demos, and RFP processes
• Mentor senior/junior consultants and share assets

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting or IT services; 5+ years in ServiceNow
• Proven leadership of large, multi-modular ServiceNow deployments
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge; platform architecture, data models
• ServiceNow certifications: SYS Admin + at least one Implementer CIS
• JavaScript, Glide API; REST/SOAP integrations
• Process modeling, agile methods (Scrum/Kanban); bilingual German/English
