Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect for strategic ServiceNow architectures
• Drive enterprise transformation of IT & enterprise services
• Trusted advisor to client, discuss requirements up to C‑level
• Ensure delivery quality via architecture principles & QA
• Support solution design, demos, RFPs, and pre‑sales
• Lead and mentor consultants; develop reusable assets

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services; 5+ in ServiceNow
• Proven leadership of large multi‑modular ServiceNow programs
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge: architecture, data, integrations
• ServiceNow certifications: SNSA + at least CIS‑ITSM or CIS‑ITOM
• Strong JS, Glide API, REST/SOAP; integration capabilities
• Process modeling, agile methods; German/English fluency
