Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect and advisor for strategic ServiceNow architectures, roadmaps and technical solutions
• Drive international transformations of IT and enterprise service processes
• Moderate workshops with customers and communicate up to C-Level
• Ensure quality through architecture principles, QA and best practices
• Support pre-sales with solution design, demos, estimates and RFP contributions
• Lead and mentor consultants, develop standards and reusable assets

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow
• Proven experience leading large, complex multi-module ServiceNow implementations
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ecosystem, platform architecture, data modeling, integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator plus at least one Certified Implementation Specialist
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP; ability to assess integration needs
• Process modeling/optimization and translating requirements into solutions; agile experience
