📋 Description

Lead discipline-specific design efforts across telecom/ICT, structured cabling, and related
Mentor engineers and designers, provide guidance, and improve design clarity and documentation.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure disciplined workflows, quality delivery, and client
Contribute to templates, templates, and process improvements to TEECOM standards.
Engage with clients externally and internal teams to align on scope, risks, and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in AEC/related services with strong discipline capability.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder design efforts and design reviews.
Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit; Bluebeam Studio; Microsoft 365; Google Workspace; GitHub.
Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage expertise; relevant certifications preferred (RCDD
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
