Principal, Contracts Management

📋 Description

• Lead RFx processes for data center builds.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts.
• Manage contract renewals, terminations, and records.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, construction, and procurement teams.
• Identify risks and resolve contract-related issues.
• Support large-scale data center programs with vendors and GC/ subcontractors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (business, finance, construction, law, or supply chain).
• 5-7 years commercial/transactional contracts management.
• 3+ years strategic sourcing/procurement experience.
• 3+ years working with hyperscalers/data center operators.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytics and negotiation skills.
