🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or
5+ years as a Quantity Surveying subject matter expert.
5+ years in construction and strategic sourcing/procurement.
3+ years supporting hyperscaler or data center organizations.
3+ years of commercial contract negotiation experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
