Own complex AI-native contact center projects end-to-end
Provide technical leadership and risk management aligned to business outcomes
Guide Caylent technical team to deliver with excellence
Collaborate with customer engineering teams and stakeholders
Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of hands-on software engineering
2+ years on Amazon Connect or CCaaS at enterprise scale
Strong Python, Typescript/Node.js, React; AWS serverless (Lambda, etc.)
Conversational and generative AI experience with Amazon Lex, Bedrock, Q in Connect
Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK and IaC best practices
Observability, tracing, and incident debugging across full stack
