📋 Description

• Lead architecture and delivery of Amazon Connect and AI agent solutions for customers.
• Own scope, deliverables, and objectives aligned to business outcomes and Caylent best practices.
• Guide Caylent technical team to deliver with excellence across CX engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering with 2+ years on Amazon Connect or equivalent CCaaS at
• Strong Amazon Connect skills: contact flows, routing, Cases/Tasks, Contact Lens, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with conversational and generative AI (Amazon Lex, Bedrock, Claude/Q in
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, JavaScript, and React; solid AWS serverless (Lambda
• Experience with Docker, web apps, and databases (DynamoDB, SQL, Aurora).
• IaC expertise with AWS CDK or Terraform; multi-account deployment patterns.
