📋 Description

• Lead high-visibility data platform engagements centered on Databricks as the unified analytics and
• Define guardrails, standards, and self-service maturity models for scalable Databricks adoption.
• Hands-on delivery with client business/engineering teams; coach toward self-serve capabilities as
• Design semantic layer and production pipelines alongside client engineers.
• Bridge client needs with platform capabilities and translate into feature requests for the

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing and building complex data systems (RDBMS design, data modeling, BI, governance
• Deep Databricks experience: workspace architecture, Unity Catalog, lakehouse patterns
• Experience with two of: Terraform or IaC, CI/CD pipelines, Python analytics (numpy/pandas)
• Strong communication; ability to work with executive leadership and ambiguous requirements.
