Define guardrails, standards, and self-service maturity models for scalable adoption.
Work hands-on with client teams to implement top-priority use cases and teach self-service.
Translate client needs into concrete feature requests for the platform team.
Coach client architects and engineers on Databricks best practices and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

Deep Databricks expertise; 10+ years in designing/building complex data systems.
Strong data modeling, governance, MDM, and CI/CD/infrastructure as code experience.
Experience with two or more of: Terraform, Python analytics, data pipelines, and visualization.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work with executives and provide mentorship.
