Principal Data Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for data management timelines, deliverables, and issues across projects
• Hands-on data management activities: database design specs, UAT plans, data transfer specs
• Review data, resolve queries, support sponsors and sites in query resolution
• Manage third-party data and integration into clinical data workflows
• Plan and execute data processing while meeting sponsor requirements and SOPs
• Validate electronically captured data and generate queries for data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field
• 10+ years in clinical data management
• Deep knowledge of clinical trial data management concepts and data flows
• Familiarity with pharma regulations and data standards
• Proven ability to lead data management activities and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation, and project leadership skills
