📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of advanced analytics capabilities across customer understanding, engagement
• Translate product requirements and business goals into scalable technical solutions, including
• Lead the design and development of predictive and inferential models that generate actionable
• Design analytics approaches that evaluate cross-channel engagement patterns, interaction effects
• Own measurement methodologies to measure effectiveness, incrementality, and business impact using
• Partner with BTS, Digital Lab, engineering, and platform teams to build scalable, production-ready

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another
• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics, with
• 4+ years in omnichannel analytics, journey analysis, engagement optimization, or next-best-action
• 4+ years measuring commercial effectiveness using methods like A/B testing and quasi-experimental
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R and strong SQL; hands-on experience with pandas, NumPy
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for sequential/temporal/recommendation use cases.
