Principal Design Recruiter

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design
• Recruit senior and executive design roles and competencies.
• Evaluate portfolios and assess craft, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Partner with VP and C-level design leaders to set standards and hiring bar.
• Own interview processes for executive searches, including portfolio reviews and design exercises.
• Advise hiring managers on pipeline health and recruiting strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record owning recruiting strategy across a broader org with leadership buy-in.
• Experience handling offers and negotiations up to Executive-level with equity and total comp.
• Ability to raise the hiring bar and mentor other recruiters/sourcers.
• Thought partner to senior stakeholders; coach on evolving candidate profiles.
• Experience defining org-level interview processes and training recruiters.
• Data-driven approach to time-to-fill and multiple searches/priorities.
