Principal Design Recruiter

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles across platforms and communities.
• Recruit across senior and executive Design roles (Product Design, Brand/Visual, Design Leadership).
• Evaluate portfolios and assess systems thinking and collaboration at senior levels.
• Partner with VP and C-level design leaders to set craft standards and hiring bar.
• Own interview processes for executive searches, including portfolio reviews and design exercises.
• Shape Brex’s design employer brand and candidate experience in the design community.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record owning recruiting strategy across a broader org with leadership alignment.
• Deep experience with offers/negotiation up to Executive-level, including equity/total comp.
• Ability to raise the hiring bar and mentor other recruiters/sourcers.
• Strong partnering with senior stakeholders to navigate complex hiring challenges.
• Experience defining org-level interview processes and training recruiters.
• Data-driven approach to time-to-fill and multiple concurrent searches.
