Principal Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and share accountability for the technical direction, architecture, and solution design within
• Make and guide architectural decisions, review docs for alignment with platform strategy and
• Contribute to engineering strategy and standards via architecture initiatives and councils.
• Support engineering teams with POC creation, clarifying decisions, and resolving design challenges.
• Address architecture-related challenges across performance, scalability, integrations, and
• Mentor engineers on architecture, coding standards, and best practices across multiple teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of proven software engineering experience in senior technical leadership roles.
• Expert knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) applied to microservices and complex domain modeling.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Ability to translate architectural concepts into practical solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong cross-team communication.
• Professional experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).
