🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years shipping production AI systems; strong ownership mindset.
• Expertise in agentic architectures, orchestration, multi-step workflows, and robust decision logic.
• Experience with AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and RAG pipelines.
• Ability to design, implement, and measure AI solutions end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration with product and business stakeholders; excellent communication.
• Comfort working in hybrid, full-time roles with distributed teams.
