Principal Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and share accountability for the technical direction, architecture, and solution design within
• Make and guide key architectural decisions, reviewing documentation to align with platform strategy
• Contribute to engineering strategy and standards via architecture-focused initiatives and councils.
• Support engineering teams during implementation by creating proofs of concept and resolving design
• Address architecture-related challenges across performance, scalability, integrations, and
• Mentor engineers on architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of proven software engineering experience in senior tech leadership roles.
• Expert knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and microservices architectures.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to translate architectural concepts into practical solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Professional experience with AWS or another major cloud platform (GCP/Azure).
