Principal Engineer I, Process Development

📋 Description

• Lead cross functional teams to deliver robust process for late-stage small molecule assets and
• Collaborate within functions to integrate scientific objectives into development activities
• Act as technical expert to anticipate and resolve problems
• Conceptualize and implement novel engineering approaches
• Design and coordinate experiments; ensure quality and interprete observations
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge with subordinates and management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Chemical/Mechanical/Bioengineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• 14+ (Bachelors) / 12+ (Masters) / 6+ (PhD) years of related experience
• Deep technical background in pharmaceutical development; solid oral dosage process development
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across disciplines
