📋 Description

• Lead the Intelligent Document Processing & Context Grounding platform efforts.
• Architect highly available, multi-tenant cloud services for large enterprise content.
• Own systems for ingestion, parsing, embedding, indexing, retrieval, and grounding.
• Mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and drive technical tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Product & Applied AI to turn AI opportunities into production capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building large-scale software systems
• Production AI products experience
• Strong backend: Python and/or C#
• Distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• APIs, microservices, event-driven systems
• RAG, embeddings, vector search, LLM-powered apps
