📋 Description

• Lead architecture and engineering for OnePRM platform; define roadmap and delivery approach across
• Own system architecture, ensure scalable, secure, compliant solutions with strong data models and
• Drive multi-year modernization, migration, and platform evolution to support enterprise priorities.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and AI-enabled solutions; lead proofs of concept and
• Manage multiple engineering PODs and vendor partners; optimize delivery, quality, and budget

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 3 years in related tech
• Deep hands-on Salesforce CRM capabilities: workflow automation, data architecture, integration
• Experience planning and delivering CRM solutions on Salesforce with service/experience/health
• Strong SDLC knowledge, enterprise architecture principles, and DevOps/CI/CD practices; experience
• Hands-on SFDC development tools: Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows; REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise
• Excellent communication; ability to present technical concepts to senior leaders and stakeholders.
