• Build and scale Quince’s AI-native supply chain planning platform from ground up.
• Own platform architecture for multi-vendor, multi-modal planning across markets.
• Transform forecasting models into reliable production systems with operator tooling.
• Lead a small, elite team and set technical direction for planning tools.
• Partner with science, logistics, and business teams to translate problems into engineering work.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering with data-intensive, ML-adjacent or science platform systems in
• 0-to-1 platform ownership from architecture to production for greenfield projects.
• Strong ML/AI platform experience: feature pipelines, model serving, monitoring, drift detection
• AI-native engineering practices: code generation, test authoring, AI-augmented tooling with quality
• Science literacy to collaborate with forecasting and optimization models; build robust
• Full-stack fundamentals: data systems, API design, orchestration, production ops.
