Principal Engineer, Survivability (R4608)

📋 Description

• Design and optimize low observable features across the airframe
• EM signature modeling for LO using industry tools
• Collaborate with propulsion, avionics, structures, and AI teams
• Lead or support signature testing and validation campaigns
• Translate threats into survivability features addressing RCS and observability
• Work with materials scientists on RAM coatings and durability

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Aerospace, Electrical, Physics or related
• 10+ years in LO or survivability engineering (aircraft/UAV/stealth)
• Proficiency with HFSS, CST, Xpatch, SENTRi
• Strong RCS shaping, edge treatments, and materials integration
• LO testing methods and RCS equipment experience
• RAM coatings and structural LO trade studies
