🎯 Requirements

8+ years IAM/IGA experience; 4+ years leading engineering or architecture teams in services or MSP
Hands-on delivery with SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt, Okta IG, or Microsoft
Strong design and governance skills; client-facing with CISO/EA stakeholders.
Certifications: CISSP, CIMP/IDPro or vendor architect certs (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta).
