📋 Description

• Lead and develop an engineering team with direction, coaching and growth support.
• Partner with Product and Design from discovery to solution delivery.
• Own delivery from problem definition through execution.
• Plan effectively, track progress, and manage risks proactively.
• Provide technical leadership across complex products and systems.
• Maintain high standards for quality, scalability, reliability, and CD.

• Significant experience leading engineering teams in product-focused orgs.
• Track record delivering complex products/platforms in fast-moving environments.
• Strong technical judgment for engineering and product discussions.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and turn problems into actionable plans.
• Experience partnering with Product and Design to shape priorities.
• Excellent communication across all levels and stakeholders.
