Principal Facilities Engineer

📋 Description

• Primary technical resource for operators across RNG facilities.
• Support safe and efficient plant ops; identify performance improvements.
• Lead process safety activities: PHAs, MOC, safety initiatives.
• Improve facility availability, gas recovery, and product delivery reliability.
• Troubleshoot process issues and equipment failures impacting production.
• Lead root cause analyses for downtime and implement corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field.
• 5+ years in natural gas processing, refining, petrochemicals, RNG, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of gas processing equipment design, operation, troubleshooting.
• Experience with PFDs and P&IDs.
• Ability to analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience with process safety practices, hazard analysis, and change management.
