🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in high‑tech electronics with high‑speed serial I/O design (transceiver architecture
• In‑depth knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity, SI/PI EDA tools (e.g., Keysight ADS).
• Strong customer facing skills and ability to communicate with executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical, action‑oriented, and able to deliver technical presentations and training.
• Experience with silicon photonics/optical transceivers and semiconductor/laser tech.
