Principal Field Operations Engineer - Federal

📋 Description

• Act as trusted advisor and power-user of the Dragos platform, ensuring customers get maximum value
• Partner with client teams to design network architecture, plan sensor placement and support
• Lead deployments onsite and remotely, ensuring seamless setup and integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide break/fix support and escalate with engineering when needed
• Manage upgrades, patches and configuration changes to keep systems running at peak performance
• Collaborate with Dragos Intelligence and Services teams on investigations and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering (e.g., controls engineer) or InfoSec (ideally
• Deep knowledge of networking: IP networks, OSI model, Purdue domain, and ICS protocols
• Strong Linux skills (command line), with experience in CENTOS, scripting (e.g., Python, Shell) and
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch
• Excitement for tackling complex technical problems (sometimes while wearing a hard hat in the field)
