Principal Fire Engineer / Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of complex FLS projects in the UAE region, guiding 4–7 engineers and ensuring
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, design fire protection solutions and performance-based
• Engage clients, manage relationships, and support business growth and opportunities
• Review building plans, conduct fire code analyses, and oversee site inspections and compliance
• Collaborate with design teams and authorities to ensure technically robust outcomes
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Post Graduate level in Engineering (Fire Engineering preferred) with chartered status or
• Professional Engineer in Fire Engineering or equivalent desirable
• Minimum 13 years of Building Code and Fire Life Safety consulting experience in a professional
• Middle East project experience with code consulting, plan reviews, field reviews, and FLS
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills; client engagement and business
• Commercial awareness and commitment to technical excellence
