📋 Description

• Deploy JetBrains Central in enterprise environments, CI/CD, and internal platforms.
• Advise customers on AI-native development adoption and governance.
• Mentor Forward Deployed Engineers and share architectural expertise.
• Establish best practices for enterprise AI adoption and scalable deployments.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve the platform from deployments.
• Create delivery frameworks and train JetBrains partners to scale services.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software projects, customer-facing or consulting.
• Familiarity with Java or Python.
• Experience building or integrating developer platforms or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows (CI/CD, IDEs, internal dev platforms).
• Experience working with customers or technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to travel to meet customers.
