(Principal) Golang Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them
• Own the development, refactoring, upgrade, and maintenance of CRM systems — including ticketing
• Tackle complex technical challenges, lead cross-team project delivery, drive system stability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Golang (3+ years in primary
• Hands-on experience building CRM systems — particularly ticketing, rule engines, workflow
• Experience with AI-assisted development (AI Coding); familiarity with AI-powered system development
• Solid foundation in data structures, computer systems, networking architecture, common algorithms
• Proficient with mainstream service frameworks and middleware — production experience with MySQL
