Principal GTM Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Own administration of core revenue systems (CRM, CPQ, data tools)
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable processes and workflows
• Ensure day-to-day reliability, optimization, and scalability of revenue tech
• Lead key projects like quoting system and data-flow improvements
• Architect GTM systems and align with Enablement
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Order Management

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Systems (SaaS)
• Hands-on with revenue tech stack reliability, automation, and data flows
• Deep Salesforce experience; CPQ exposure; LMS/enablement tools preferred
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
